There’s less than 6 weeks until Christmas comes to Norfolk.

These next few weeks are a big deal to our local independent businesses, and while we all know it’s easy and sometimes seems cheaper to give your festive pounds to the big boys, we all benefit from money spent right here in our local economy. Here are some great local places to get your gifts locally, on and offline…

Other Ideas

We’re big fans of experiential ideas (after all, we all have quite a lot of ‘stuff’ these days). A Norfolk Museums Pass, National Trust Membership, Cinema City (Picturehouses) Membership or an annual pass to one of Norfolk’s marvellous attractions are superb gifts that keep giving all year round.

Another great Christmas gift idea is local vouchers. Especially for restaurants in Norwich and Norfolk. It’s a nice present as it offers the recipient a treat at a later date when all the seasonal hoo-ha has died down. Vitally, the venues get the money now, when you purchase the voucher, which helps them have a strong year-end (very important going in to the colder months of January and February – especially in our coastal locations that rely heavily on summer tourism).

Of course we can’t talk about Christmas shopping without mentioning our own little online Norfolk shop. Find festive jumpers, snuggly hoodies and more, all sustainable and organic, with a Norfolk twist (of course). We ship worldwide as well for any Norfolk expats overseas.

If you’ve found our suggestions helpful do let us know – drop us an email or message via social media. We love to hear your feedback!
