Below are the terms and conditions of Enjoying Norfolk Card (“the Card”) usage and also our privacy policy. By purchasing the Card you are accepting our terms and conditions.
The Enjoying Norfolk Card and website, website address: https://enjoyingnorfolk.co.uk (“the website”) is owned and operated by Bishy B Industries Limited (“BBIL”) (registered in England and Wales under the number 6029584) of 97 Yarmouth Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 0HF.
Intellectual property, copyright and right to use
Unless otherwise stated, all of the material on the websites, including logos, images and text, is the copyright of BBIL who permit you to download or print individual listings for your own private use in the course of the normal use of this website for information assistance purposes. Apart from such use and any fair dealing for the purpose of private study, research, criticism or review, as permitted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, no part may be reproduced or re-used for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of BBIL. Users must not whether through the use of additional software or data mine conduct automated searches on this website or the data contained in it.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our cardholders and website users, we provide links to other websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external sites or resources.
Card purchase
You Card is valid for one year of usage (12 calendar months) from purchase. Once expired, a new Card must be purchased to enable the bearer to continue to qualify for the advertised discounts and offers.
Card delivery
UK delivery is by post via Royal Mail. Bishy B Industries Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for cards that do not arrive.
Replacement cards
We do not issue replacement cards. It is the bearers’ responsibility to look after their card throughout the duration of their membership.
Card usage
Holding an Enjoying Norfolk Card entitles you to discounts and offers, as advertised on this website, every day for 12 months from the date of joining.
The venues listed have the right to deny discounts to bearers who present out of date or expired cards.
We reserve the right to change discounts and deals advertised on this website and may remove offers or introduce new offers as required at any time without prior notice.
Certain deals and discounts have additional terms & conditions associated with them. These may alter according to the particular venue and must be honoured when using the Card.
The Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
Please keep us informed of any changes of address or email address. And where possible give us your email address so we can reduce our impact on the environment. Please contact customer care on start@enjoyingnorfolk.co.uk.
Bishy B Industries Ltd will do our best to keep all member accounts up to date. We are not liable for any inaccuracies on your account.
Cardholder Giveaway and other giveaways and competitions
These rules apply to all competitions, prize draws, promotions, giveaways and suchlike that are promoted on and run through our website(s) and/or social media or other channels. This includes the Enjoying Norfolk Cardholder’s Monthly Prize Draw.
To enter a competition/giveaway you must enter as directed on our promotional materials advertised on our website, social media channels or by other communication.
Our competitions/giveaways are free to enter (no purchase required), unless otherwise stated.
Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Google, LinkedIn or any other social network. You are providing your information to us (Bishy B Industries Ltd) and not to any other party.
A competition shall open for entries at the time and on the date specified on our promotional material, website and/or social media channels, and similarly, shall close to entries at the time and on the date specified on our website and social media channels. Unless otherwise stated, these times and dates are set to those for UK time (BST or GMT).
Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.
Entry into the competition or giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.
Competition entries shall be judged and/or winners selected solely on the basis of criteria specified by us in relation to the competition.
If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition/giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Prizes for each competition/giveaway shall be specified on our website or social media channels.
Prize winners will be notified of the competition result by email (if address is asked for/provided) or by direct message on social media (winners must therefore ‘like’ or ‘follow’ our social media accounts in order to be contacted about prizes) not more than 30 days following the closing date of the competition, and will receive their prizes not more than 60 days following that closing date.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 14 days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or provide an address for delivery of the prize or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with our competition terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
The results of a competition will be announced on our website and/or social media channels within 30 days following the closing date of the competition. If you have entered the Enjoying Norfolk Cardholder’s Monthly Prize Draw, we will ask you if you are ok with this. If the giveaway is on our social media channels, it is assumed that you are happy for your handle, tag or name to be shared.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable, unless specifically stated. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
PRIVACY
We will never release your details to companies outside Bishy B Industries Ltd for their marketing purposes. We will keep you informed of member discounts, special offers and events by email or mail. If for any reason you do not wish to receive these, you may unsubscribe at any time by writing to us at the address shown below, or emailing us at start@enjoyingnorfolk.co.uk.
